Important Notes

  1. Your password is your latest Fee Receipt Number. For example, if your Fee Receipt Number is 200/21912/1-A or 200/21912/6, your password is 21912.
  2. UG Programmes: Seats in Minor and Vocational Courses are limited. Students are advised to select their Minor and Vocational Courses carefully. Once selected and the Examination Form is submitted, the selected Minor or Vocational Course will not be changed.
  3. Fill the Examination Form carefully and verify all the details before submission, particularly the Paper Names/Subjects, Student's Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Date of Birth, APAAR ID, Aadhaar Number, Address and other personal and academic details.
  4. In case of any error or discrepancy in the details, students must contact the concerned Faculty/Office Counter and get the necessary correction made before submitting the Examination Form.
  5. Ensure that your registered mobile number and email address are active, as OTP(s) will be sent to the registered mobile number and/or email address for verification.
  6. Upload a recent passport-size photograph in JPEG format (less than 50 KB) and your signature in JPEG format (less than 20 KB). Ensure that both images are clear and properly visible.
  7. After entering all the required details, carefully review the Examination Form and click the "Submit" button. A copy of the submitted Examination Form will be generated as confirmation of successful submission. Keep this copy safely for future reference.
  8. The Admit Cards will be issued approximately one week before the commencement of the examination. The Admit Card can be accessed and downloaded only after logging in to the Examination Form portal. Students are advised to log in regularly once the Admit Cards are issued.
  9. Students must bring both the Admit Card and valid College I-Card to appear in the examination.
  10. Only Regular Examination Forms are to be submitted online. Back Paper / Exempted Examination Forms must be submitted offline at the concerned Faculty Counter.
