Provide your Date of Birth, Mobile Number and your Email ID (if available)

Upload your Passport Size Photograph in JPEG Format (less than 50 KB) and your Signatures
in JPEG Format (less than 20 KB).

Press submit button, you will receive a copy of Examination Form as Confirmation
that your examination form has been successfully submitted.

Admit card will be issued later.

Students are required to bring both the admit card and the i-Card to appear in the
examination.

In case the student does not have his / her i-Card, he / she is required to get
the admit card verified from the concerned faculty counter in-charge.

|
Only Regular examination forms must be submitted online, Back Paper / Exempted forms
are to be submitted offline at the concerned faculty counters.
